What are my responsibilities? 

Cima is a rooftop spot with a Mexican pulse and a taste for trouble. Sunsets over the city, taptails with a twist and bites that match the drinks. Your energy on the floor is part of the show. You read the table, set the pace and make sure every guest feels part of something special. 

As a Waiter at Cima Rooftop Bar, you will be part of a dynamic team high above the city. You will: 

• Run your own section and make it feel effortless. 

• Create connection: recommend the perfect taptail, share the story behind a dish and elevate the moment. 

• Serve with speed and precision, even when the rooftop is packed. 

• Work closely with bar and kitchen to deliver a seamless rooftop experience. 

• Ensure cleanliness, safety and presentation standards are always on point. 

• Support with set-up and closing, including physical work such as carrying trays and preparing for service.

We are looking for a person with a love for food and who brings personal style to every experience. You are always looking to explore the places one would not find in a travel guide. To be eligible for this position you… 

• Have experience in hospitality and love all things food & drink.   

• Speak English confidently (any other language is a plus).  

• Flexible to work in different shifts.  

• Are eligible to work in the Netherlands.
