You'll be more than just a Front Office Agent, you'll be the welcoming host, bartender, pizza chef, guest advisor, upselling expert, and night operations specialist all in one.

You are the face of the hotel, a true FUN HUNTER who loves surprising and delighting guests. You're YOUNG AT HEART, enthusiastic about sharing local tips and experiences, and PLAYFUL in the way you connect with people.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver exceptional and personalized guest experiences together with the team.

• Welcome guests and efficiently handle check-ins and check-outs.

• Process payments and assist with resolving billing inquiries and disputed charges.

• Respond to guest calls, messages, requests, questions, and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.

• Prepare and serve beverages and food while making recommendations to enhance the guest experience.

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with food safety and HACCP standards.

• Perform nightly operational tasks, including the night audit and preparing arrivals for the following day.

• Support the morning team by helping prepare and serve breakfast.
