The role

As Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, you act as the right hand of the Director of F&B and play a key role in driving the overall performance of the F&B organisation.
Your focus is on enabling department heads to perform at their best. You ensure they have the right direction, tools, and support to succeed—both operationally and commercially. You are visible in the operation, but primarily lead through people, structure, and clear expectations.

What you will do 

• Enable and strengthen F&B department heads in their roles and responsibilities
• Drive performance: revenue, cost control, profitability, employee engagement and guest experience
• Create clear frameworks within which teams can operate independently
• Monitor performance and intervene where needed
• Act as a sparring partner for department heads on both operations and business
• Identify improvement opportunities and translate them into action
• Be present during key moments to support and challenge teams
• Maintain focus on employee satisfaction and working conditions
• Ensure strong collaboration between F&B and other departments
• Safeguard a consistent 5-star guest experience
