As the Banqueting Operations Manager at Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam, you will oversee the seamless execution of meetings and events, including conferences, weddings, gala dinners, and brunches. With the hotel's impressive capacity to host up to 1500 guests, you will ensure every event runs smoothly.

Reporting to the F&B Operations Manager, you will manage the daily activities of the Meeting & Events department. Your keen eye for detail and creative approach to setting up meeting rooms will be essential in meeting guests and event requirements while planning efficiently.

Known for your organizational talent and ability to motivate your team, you are flexible, a strong leader, and passionate about delivering 5-star service. You thrive on variety in your work, maintain a broad perspective while focusing on details, and continuously seek to enhance culinary concepts and Food & Beverage menus in line with Anantara standards.
