Banqueting Operations Supervisor - Amsterdam

As Banqueting Operations Supervisor you are; flexible and responsible for the Banqueting and your team. Together with the Banqueting and Operations Manager you will be guiding and leading your team. You are taking care of our guests and their fabulous experience with us and you will of course give them a warm welcome. Under your supervision our guests will have a memorable experience!

An overview of your tasks and responsibilities:

·         Ensure a good working atmosphere and motivate employees;

·         Responsibility for POS during the shift;

·         Coordinating and planning the various tasks during the various shifts (morning, evening) including planning, arranging and directing the employees in the work execution and personnel management;

·         Co-responsible for cleanliness in the department, both in front of and behind the scenes;

·         Welcome guests, greet and guide them;

·         Point of contact for groups, sales & external customers;

·         Keeping the buffets, lobby and meeting rooms in order;

·         Being attentive to guests' wishes and adhering to the set rules;

·         Maintain, check and write off group PMs;

·         Direct contact with Booking Office;

·         As a point of contact, you ensure that guests have a great experience every day and receive them in the most hospitable way. Under your supervision, our guests get the best experience!
