Your role in the journey

As a Banqueting Set Up Employee, you play a crucial role in preparing our event spaces to the highest standards. You ensure everything is perfectly arranged before guests arrive and support smooth transitions between events.
Your responsibilities include:

Setting up and dismantling meeting rooms and event spaces according to event layouts
Moving and positioning furniture, equipment and materials efficiently and safely
Supporting banqueting and events teams before, during and after events
Ensuring all event spaces meet our five-star quality and safety standards
Assisting with logistical tasks and maintaining a clean and organized work environment

What you'll bring

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
A hands-on, proactive and physically fit working attitude
Experience in hospitality or events is a plus, but not required
Ability to work well in a team and stay organized under time pressure
Basic communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
Eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility
Knowledge of Thai culture will be valued
