Like a real early bird, you are at your best in the morning glory. You feel at home in the kitchen, have a passion for cooking and an eye for detail. With the perfectly prepared breakfast you give yourself and our guests a good start of the day. In addition to preparing various breakfast dishes, you are also responsible for the mise en place. You are also an absolute host(ess) for our guests. A chat with the guests is great fun to you and you do it with enthusiasm.

An overview of your tasks and responsibilities:

• You are responsible for preparing various breakfast dishes, recipes and planning;

• Prepare orders in accordance with portioning and quality standards laid down in recipes;

• Control food use to prevent waste;

• Maintain hygiene and cleaning standards in the kitchen to comply with local health and safety legislation;

• Ensure a clean and tidy working environment, including refrigerators and counters;

• Support with the preparation of lunch and groups;

• Working in a team and communicating with other departments for excellent quality and service;

• Communicate directly with guests on occasion.
