Your role

As a Breakfast Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily operation of the Wintergarden, our iconic breakfast venue and one of the most unique spaces within the hotel. Together with your fellow Supervisors and the Wintergarden Manager, you will lead the team, ensure smooth operations, and create memorable experiences for our guests.

Your responsibilities include:

Supervising and coordinating the daily breakfast operation in the Wintergarden.
Leading, motivating, and supporting the Food & Beverage team during service.
Ensuring guests receive attentive, personalized, and efficient service.
Monitoring service quality and maintaining Anantara's luxury hospitality standards.
Supporting the setup and execution of events taking place in the Wintergarden.
Training and coaching team members to help them develop their skills and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Handling guest requests, feedback, and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

What you bring

Experience within Food & Beverage operations.
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
Strong leadership skills and experience motivating and managing teams.
The ability to stay calm under pressure while maintaining a hands-on approach.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A proactive mindset and keen attention to detail.
Fluency in English; Dutch is considered an advantage.
