We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will play an essential role in delivering high-quality dishes and ensuring a smooth kitchen operation. You’ll work with both classic and innovative cooking techniques and collaborate with a skilled team to offer consistent, high-level service. You ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients and uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times.

Besides your culinary responsibilities, you actively contribute to a structured and positive working atmosphere. You’re open to feedback, willing to support others and committed to the team's success.

Job Requirements

Passion for cooking and an eye for detail
Stress-resistant and able to perform well under pressure
Knowledge of HACCP regulations
Eager to learn and grow professionally
Strong sense of responsibility for quality and hygiene
Actively contributes to team goals
Team player with good communication skills
Able to work independently and take initiative
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
