DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal Station offers great views, exceptional service and vibrant food & beverage outlets and is currently looking for Concierge to join the Concierge team.
Our hotel features an award-winning rooftop bar & terrace, pop-up restaurant Eastwood Beer & Grill, a Lobby Bar including our own in-house library, our own LOT61 Store, Amsterdam's most extensive breakfast buffet, fifteen versatile meeting rooms and 557 guest rooms.
Exciting news! Our hotel is in the midst of an extensive renovation, including the rebranding and repositioning of all Food & Beverage outlets throughout 2024. LuminAir, our rooftop bar, has already undergone an impressive rebrand and has reopened in June 2023. Stay tuned for further enhancements, including the redesign of our room inventory, as part of this comprehensive project!
As a Concierge you will be the first point of contact for our guests, which is why we value a representative appearance alongside a caring and enthusiastic nature. As each working day is different, an innovative approach to work and a great set of problem solving skills will help you on your way to become an essential part of the team.
You are no stranger to multitasking and storytelling is in your nature as you help each guest on their way to a truly fantastic stay, while enlightening them with your knowledge of the city and its features. Apart from giving guests information, running errands and arranging their needs in the city, you also accompany them to their rooms and assist with luggage.

To fill this position successfully, it is important that you have the following skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, flexible and eager to learn.
- Mastering the English language
- And of course be able to add a little fun within the team!
