Experienced Club Bartender Canvas - Amsterdam

Canvas is a place for day and night, where dining and dancing go hand in hand. Have breakfast, enjoy the first beer of the day, or wait for the lights of the night. Be amazed by the overwhelming view, nurse a fresh hangover, or clear your mind on the terrace.

Restaurant Canvas – located on the 7th floor of Volkshotel – is open from early morning until late at night, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails. A meeting spot where many different people cross paths. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Club Bartender for Canvas Nights on Fridays and Saturdays, where national and international talent take over the club from 23:00 to 3:00. Are you a night owl and a vibe-setter? Then you might be our newest team member.

Are you:

• Living in Amsterdam (or nearby)?

• At least 18 years old?

• Presentable, socially skilled and fluent in English?

• Available on Friday and/or Saturday from 22:00 to 5:00?

What your shift will look like:

You take the elevator to the seventh floor and clock in. The vibe at Canvas is open and informal, so no need to change clothes. At Canvas you can be yourself. Your shift begins with setting up the bar for the night while the restaurant is being transformed into a club. From then on, the bar is your domain. You bring the energy, serve the perfect beers, mix delicious cocktails and work closely with the head bartender. You keep your workspace clean and handle all tasks that come with the job: restocking the bar, collecting and washing glasses, final cleaning, and resetting the restaurant for breakfast with your team. You’re not alone, working with a panoramic view of Amsterdam is great, but enjoying a closing drink afterwards might be even better. Not ready to go home? You don’t have to.
