During your Management Internship, you will have the unique opportunity to gain experience within one of the most diverse and complex Food & Beverage operations in the Netherlands.

You will support the F&B Management Team with both operational and strategic tasks, while having the opportunity to take responsibility, share your ideas and develop your skills.

Depending on your education, experience and interests, we will tailor your internship to best match your learning objectives.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the F&B Management Team with operational and administrative tasks
• Contributing to projects, process improvements and new initiatives
• Analyzing operational results and supporting improvement actions
• Collaborating with department heads across the various F&B outlets
• Supporting during events and busy operational periods
• Contributing to a consistent five-star guest experience
• Gaining experience across different disciplines within Food & Beverage

During your internship, you may gain experience in areas such as:

• Teppanyaki Restaurant Sazanka

• Serre
• Le Camelia & Roomservice
• Banqueting & Events
• Bars
• F&B Office

We believe that a good manager first needs to understand how an operation works. That is why this internship combines management experience with hands-on operational involvement.

• An internship contract of at least six months;
• An internship allowance of €750 per month;
• One additional day off per month for internships lasting longer than six months;

What we are looking for

• A student currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management or a related field
• Hospitality-minded, curious and eager to learn
• Analytical and well-organized
• Proactive and willing to take responsibility
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Good command of both Dutch and English
• Available for an internship of at least six months

Previous experience in Food & Beverage is a plus, but we value enthusiasm and the right attitude above all else.
