As a Front Office Agent (f/m/d), you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests. You'll make them feel at home from the moment they step in. You’ll play a vital role in delivering a great guest experience and ensuring everything runs smoothly at the front desk.

As the first point of contact for everyone who walks into our hotel, you are the go-to person at the front desk. You are responsible for everything from check-in, upselling our products and services, The Hague expert to check-out. In this beautiful hotel you don't have to hide behind a reception desk but walk around so the guest is really the centre of attention. You'll be happy to explain and give them some great tips on how to explore the beautiful city of The Hague on one of our rental bikes.
Guests can come to you for all the ins and outs of Staybridge Suites and The Hague. Whether it's recommending great places to eat, helping with the transport, or just having a nice conversation, you've got it! It will give you energy to connect with guests all day long and serve free delicious coffees. You will also be busy enrolling IHG memberships, selling room upgrades and switching between different departments and solving complaints and possible problems. This way every day flies by.
