Front Office Team Member (m/f) 24 to 32 hours - The Hague

Your day with us:
This role goes beyond traditional reception tasks. You are prepared for any situation, even stressful ones, because you never get a second chance to make a first impression!

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Check-in and check-out of domestic and international guests

• Handle phone and email communications professionally, both internally and externally

• Inform guests about the hotel and the local area, always going the extra mile to surprise them

• Manage reservations for the hotel and breakfast restaurant

• Handle complaints professionally and creatively, seeing them as valuable feedback

Who you are:

• Hospitable, friendly, and respectful; you say “good morning” with a smile 100 times a day

• Flexible and willing to work irregular shifts

• Professional in your attitude towards guests and colleagues

• Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus

• Enthusiastic about challenges and motivated to always give your best
