At The July Twenty Eight, we’re looking for a Guest Service Pro who thrives on exceeding expectations and making every guest feel at home.

The July Twenty Eight seamlessly blends hospitality and design. Our 56 luxury apartments, designed by the renowned Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, capture the spirit of Amsterdam in every detail from the carefully selected materials to the thoughtfully curated interiors.
Each apartment offers the comfort of home, featuring a living area, fully equipped kitchen, and modern bathroom. Beyond the apartments, guests can enjoy our stylish lobby, designed for both relaxation and productivity, as well as our gym and sauna facilities. It’s a place where guests can truly recharge, connect, and be inspired.
The Job
As a Guest Service Pro, no two days are the same. You start your day with the Front Office team, discussing arrivals and brainstorming personalized touches that will make guests feel special. Whether it’s arranging a birthday surprise, sourcing a favorite newspaper, or recommending hidden gems in the city, you’re always one step ahead.
During morning shifts, you’ll also ensure our guests enjoy a welcoming and seamless breakfast experience. As one of the main points of contact throughout their stay, you’ll share your local expertise and help guests discover the very best of Amsterdam.
Because many of our guests stay with us for an extended period, you’ll have the opportunity to build genuine connections and create a warm, home-away-from-home experience that they’ll remember long after they leave.

You communicate confidently in both English and Dutch.
You work well independently and enjoy collaborating with a team.
You know Amsterdam inside out and love sharing your favorite places.
Previous Front Office or hospitality experience is a plus.
Flexible in rotating shift schedule from monday till sunday (07:00-15:00/15:00-23:00)
