For the Hampton by Hilton Schiphol we are looking for a Night Auditor!

Job description

Together with your colleagues, you perform all occurring reception activities in different shifts. As a receptionist you are the calling card of our hotel. For our guests you are the first point of contact, both by telephone and at the desk. For this reason we are looking for a representative person who, with his/her enthusiasm, guest orientation and smile can give this function content.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Front office employees at Holiday Inn Express are all-round and work in the reception and in the F&B, in the different shifts. This makes your job versatile and varied, and gives you the chance to provide our guests with the best service anytime, anywhere. The emphasis of this function is on the reception, but in addition you help in the bar and in the breakfast, where necessary.

Reception activities

• Check in and check out of guests;

• Providing information to guests;

• Processing reservations;

• Ensure proper administrative handling.

F&B activities

• Serving drinks in our lobby and at our bar;

• All common breakfast activities including welcoming our guests, preparing breakfast, filling up the buffet, cleaning and HACCP registration.

Job requirements

• MHS/HHS or tourism education;

• Good Dutch and English speaking skills;

• You live in the surrounding of the hotel or have your own transport.

On April 23rd 2013, the Hampton by Hilton Schiphol was opened with 181 rooms. The hotel is ideally located, as it is right in front of the Hoofddorp train station. As a result, you are at Schiphol within four minutes or you are within 20 minutes of Central Station in Amsterdam. Besides the rooms, the hotel has a meeting room, a gym, a business centre, a large lobby, a breakfast room and of course a good bar! Growth is possible within the organization; if the correct behaviour is shown for this.
