The Role

Are you a structured and result-oriented professional with a keen eye for quality and cost efficiency? Hotel Okura Amsterdam is looking for a Purchase Manager who will be responsible for the entire procurement process, stock management, and related administration.

As Purchase Manager, you will coordinate all purchasing activities, ensure timely deliveries at the best value for money, maintain strong supplier relationships, and oversee efficient warehouse operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Timely procurement of goods and services with a strong focus on quality and price
• Maintain relationships with preferred suppliers and negotiate contracts
• Lead, motivate, and develop the Purchasing team
• Manage the warehouse and conduct monthly stock inventories
• Ensure accurate administrative processing of goods received and related invoices
• Contribute to process improvements and special projects in collaboration with F&B Management
