Receptionist at the WestCord Art Hotel
The moment guests walk towards the hotel reception, you are the receptionist who makes our guests feel welcome and seen! You are the business card of our hotel! It goes without saying that no day is the same in the front office.
You will be operating in a vibrant setting where the guests in the hotel absolutely play the leading role, and your responsibilities form a colorful palette of diversity.
As a receptionist, you are the first point of contact for our guests and make sure they are welcomed with a beaming smile at the front desk. You are able to make genuine contact with the guest from the moment they walk into reception. Checking a guest in and out is a matter of course for you!
But, that's not all! We want to keep surprising our guests, you do this for example by calling to the room to ask if everything is to their liking. By providing a personal touch at the reception for every guest, you ensure a unique stay!

What makes you the perfect receptionist?
- Sense of humor, creative and enjoy your work;
- Flexible in working hours;
- You have relevant work experience!
- Living in Amsterdam where you can start all days of the week on time or get home well after the late shift;
- Mastery of the Dutch and English language; if you speak a third language, we would appreciate it.
- MBO or HBO working and thinking level.
