Your role in the journey
As Reservations Specialist, you are the voice of our hotel — the first impression and the first step in a guest’s unforgettable journey. You’ll handle every reservation with care, clarity and confidence.
Your responsibilities include:
Recording and managing all reservation requests with accuracy and efficiency.
Responding to inquiries within 24 hours, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
Encouraging upselling and contributing to monthly revenue targets.
Staying informed about hotel rates, packages, availability and promotions.
Monitoring daily arrivals and ensuring guest requests are fulfilled.
Supporting guest satisfaction by following up on feedback and special requests.
Attending briefings, events and training to stay sharp and inspired.
What you’ll bring

Previous experience in a reservations or front office role is a plus.
