To strengthen our Booking Office team, we are looking for an intern for the reservations department.

Responsibilities:

• Supports with taking group reservations,
• Preparatory work related to event management,
• Handling (small) events from A to Z.
• After-sales,
• Communication to own and other departments with regard to the various departments,
• Provide guided tours / site inspections to potential new customers,
• Handling requests on a daily basis and immediately processing all individual room reservations in the reservation system,

Candidate profile:

• You are studying MBO 4, Higher Hotel School or a comparable course,
• Experience in the hotel world and/or in a reservations department is an advantage,
• You master the languages ​​Dutch and English, spoken and written,
• You are stress-resistant and have a high degree of accuracy,
• You have good communication skills,
• You are available for at least 5 months, 10 months is an advantage,
• Upon acceptance, we request a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG statement).
