What are my responsibilities? 

Welcome to Specht Bar & Lounge: the lively, refined heart of the Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel. Situated in the city centre, Specht blends nature-inspired design with a cosmopolitan vibe. Here, guests relax or celebrate over thoughtfully crafted cocktails, local ingredients and an atmosphere that is both welcoming and distinctive. 

As a Bartender, you will be the face of our experience. With creativity, precision and authenticity, you will deliver drinks that surprise and delight. 

You will: 

• Craft imaginative cocktails and deliver personalised guest experiences. 

• Share your knowledge and passion for mixology, surprising guests with bold ideas and authentic flavours. 

• Work closely with the team to create an engaging and sophisticated atmosphere. 

• Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, presentation and ingredient sourcing, aligning with Specht’s nature-inspired and local ethos. 

Who are we looking for? 

We are looking for a Bartender with a natural sense of hospitality and a passion for great drinks. Someone who knows that a perfect cocktail is about more than just the recipe: it is about the experience, the conversation and the atmosphere you create. 

At Specht Bar & Lounge, we celebrate craftsmanship and creativity. If you bring energy, personality and a love for experimenting with flavors, you will fit right in. 

You: 

• Have previous experience as a Bartender and a genuine passion for mixology. 

• Can communicate fluently in English. Any other language is a plus! 

• Happy to share your local knowledge with guests. 

• Are responsible, energetic and always looking for new ways to improve.  

• Are available to work different shifts and days. 

• Can work in the Netherlands.
