You could be the addition we are looking for to make it even better!From Wagyu to T-bone, our Eastwood Beer & Grill restaurant is known to offer the best quality steaks. Likewise, our other dishes show the highest quality and creativity. Besides our Eastwood Beer & Grill restaurant, you will also be responsible for the dishes in SkyLounge Amsterdam. Here, your organisational skills are tested and you can show whether you are able to perform in a busy and dynamic environment. From homemade sushi to ice cream, we have it all! As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for supervising staff and ensuring high levels of food preparation on a specific section, all in an effort to deliver excellent guest experiences while assisting with food cost controls. You will see it as your duty that all working areas are kept clean and tidy to omit cross contamination. As the DoubleTree by Hilton family is one big team, you maintain good working relationships and assist other departments wherever necessary. We value your development as well as the development of the kitchen team as a whole. Thus, you will assist the Head Chef/Sous Chef in the training of all staff in compliance with procedures and report and control maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues. As a Chef de Partie, working with our DoubleTree by Hilton brand standards, you are always working on behalf of our guests. To successfully fill this role, it is important that you have the following skills:

- A minimum of 2 years of previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience in a role as Demi Chef de Partie
- A current, valid and relevant trade commercial cookery qualification (proof may be requested)
- Strong coaching skills as well as the ability and desire to motivate and lead a team
- NVQ Level 3
- Achieved Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Excellent English speaking skills
