W Hotels does not recruit, we cast Talent. W Amsterdam, located at Spuistraat 175 is casting a Welcome Ambassador. As a Welcome Ambassador you will be working together with the concierges to create fab experiences for the guests and you will be the first point of contact. 

As a Bellman, you ensure guests feel comfortable and well taken care of from the moment they arrive in their room until departure. You play an important role in delivering a smooth and personalized guest experience.

As a Doorman, you are the first point of contact at the hotel entrance. You ensure every guest receives a warm welcome and that the entrance area is safe, clean, and well-organized at all times.

What will you do?

• Welcome guests at the hotel entrance in a friendly and professional manner.

• Assist guests with their luggage upon arrival and guide them to the reception.

• Open doors and assist guests with entering and exiting vehicles.

• Monitor the entrance, driveway, and lobby, ensuring they are clean, safe, and presentable.

• Coordinate traffic flow (taxis, private cars, valet) to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.

• Stay alert and aware of everything happening at the entrance.

• Work closely with the reception and bell team.

What do we expect from you?

• You are friendly, helpful, and service-oriented.

• You enjoy interacting with guests and creating a positive experience.

• You are physically able to lift and move luggage

• You have attention to detail and work in an organized matter.

• You speak fluent English (additional languages are a plus)

• Experience in hospitality is an advantage.

• Must have a driver’s license.
