Your role in the journey

As a Guest Service Specialist, you are the voice of our hotel. You will handle guest communications, coordinate pre-arrival and post-stay experiences, manage feedback and online reviews, and ensure all requests are followed up professionally. Together with the Guest Relations team, you will exceed guest expectations while maintaining LQA service standards.

What you’ll bring

  • Experienced guest service professional;

  • No 9 till 5 mentalities, flexibility within your schedule;

  • Ability to surprise guests with your special touch;

  • Spontaneity, flexibility, an open attitude and an eye for detail;

  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language, Dutch or other foreign languages a plus.
