What are your responsibilities?

As our Marketing Executive, you will play an important role in bringing the Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel brand to life across both digital and offline channels. Working closely with the Commercial team, you will help develop engaging campaigns, create inspiring content and ensure our online presence reflects the unique experience our hotel offers.

From launching campaigns to supporting exciting collaborations, every day brings something different.

In this role, you will:

· Manage and optimise our online presence across hotel and outlet websites.

· Support digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEA and keyword optimisation to drive traffic and bookings.

· Analyse campaign and website performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

· Create engaging content for digital channels and support the development of creative marketing materials.

· Research, source and coordinate visual content for social media and marketing campaigns.

· Design and update marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite.

· Help organise marketing activations, partnerships and promotional events.

· Support projects such as competitor research, repositioning initiatives and local partnership campaigns.

· Protect and strengthen the Renaissance brand identity across all communications.

What makes you the perfect fit?

You are naturally curious, creative and always looking for new ways to engage an audience. You enjoy combining analytical thinking with creativity and feel comfortable managing multiple projects at once.

Ideally, you have:

· At least two years of marketing experience within the hospitality industry.

· Experience with Google Ads, SEO and SEA.

· Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.

· Strong writing and communication skills in both English and Dutch. Additional languages are always a plus.

· A proactive, organised and hands-on approach.

· The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
