Minibar & Hotel Service Attendant | 5-Star Amsterdam

You start each shift with a clear responsibility: ensuring that the minibars and amenities in the hotel rooms are fully stocked, neatly presented and correctly registered. You check which products guests have used, replenish them accurately and keep track of the inventory. You also take care of special guest requests. You work independently, while regularly interacting with hotel guests and the F&B team.

About the workplace

You will work within the F&B department of a well-known 5-star hotel in Amsterdam city centre, located close to the station. During your rounds through the hotel, you will check and restock the minibars and amenities in the guest rooms. Whenever you meet guests, you assist them in a friendly and professional manner.

The role

As a Minibar & Hotel Service Attendant, you are responsible for checking and replenishing the minibars and amenities in the hotel rooms. You register the products that have been used, monitor the inventory and make sure everything is fully stocked and neatly presented.

You will also take care of special guest requests. When support is needed with room service, you will help prepare and deliver orders to hotel guests. This role combines independent work with guest interaction and supporting the F&B team.

• Check and replenish minibars in hotel rooms

• Prepare and replenish guest amenities

• Accurately register used products

• Check, register and maintain the inventory

• Handle special guest requests

• Assist guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Support the room service team when needed

Who are we looking for?

• You speak English well

• Experience within F&B, service or room service is an advantage

• You work accurately and in an organised manner

• You are comfortable working independently

• You are available for 38 hours per week

• You are available for day, evening and night shifts

• You are able to work eight night shifts per month
