The Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel is looking for a People & Culture Admin to join our team on a flexible 0-hours contract, working approximately 2-3 days per week. This role could be a great fit for a working student or someone looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity.
What are my responsibilities?
As a People & Culture Admin, you will be an essential support to our People & Culture team, helping us keep our processes organized and our ambassador experience running smoothly.
With many new initiatives and improvements taking place, we are looking for someone who enjoys administration, pays attention to detail and likes making sure everything is in the right place.
You will work closely with the wider People & Culture team, supporting with daily administrative tasks, maintaining employee documentation and keeping our HR systems accurate and up to date.
Your responsibilities include:
Maintain and update personnel files and employee documentation, ensuring information is accurate and complete.
Support with filing, archiving and organizing HR records.
Keep People & Culture systems and databases updated.
Prepare and organize HR documentation, reports and employee records.
Support the onboarding administration process for new ambassadors.
Support the People & Culture team with various administrative projects and daily tasks.
Be a welcoming point of contact for ambassadors with People-related questions.
To thrive in this role, you…
· Are organized, reliable and have a strong eye for detail.
· Enjoy bringing structure and order to processes.
· Have a proactive, hands-on mindset and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
· Are comfortable working independently and managing different priorities.
· Have excellent communication skills in English, and preferably Dutch.
· Handle confidential information with care and professionalism.
· Have previous experience in administration, HR or hospitality (preferred).
