Two brands, one building, and 311 rooms. Part of Marriott International, world's biggest hospitality company, our hotel opened in August 2022 and now we are looking for YOU in our team.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

As a Shift Leader, you are responsible for ensuring that all hotel operations run smoothly during your shift. In the absence of management, you take on a leadership role, seamlessly transitioning between Front Office and Food & Beverage operations. 

You remain calm and composed under pressure, handling emergencies with confidence and professionalism. With a passion for hospitality, you deliver a personalized and authentic guest experience, always striving to exceed expectations. 

You think proactively and creatively, addressing guest feedback and complaints with a focus on continuous improvement. You are committed to enhancing overall service quality and operational efficiency. 

In addition, you play a key role in coaching and training team members, setting a strong example through your leadership, professionalism, and dedication.
