Your role in the journey

As Banqueting Supervisor, you’ll be the orchestrator behind our most memorable events — from all-day conferences and elegant weddings to monthly brunches and gala dinners. You’ll lead your team with confidence and ensure every detail is delivered to perfection.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supervising and coordinating banqueting events for up to 1,500 guests.

• Acting as the main contact for guests during events, ensuring a seamless experience.

• Managing and training the banqueting team, including external staff.

• Overseeing event setup, execution and breakdown with precision.

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Handling guest feedback and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
