Your Role
KIRI is a Japanese-inspired experience offering an elegant Bento Box–style lunch, designed to combine simplicity, balance, and refined presentation.
As a Demi Chef de Partie, you are responsible for preparing the bento box at the 5 star luxury level, conducting mise en place activities, cleaning of the kitchen, guiding the necessary areas of the kitchen and developing new items for the menu.
You will be working only from Tuesday to Friday from 9:00-17:00. This is a 0.80 FTE position.

- Contract: 7 month contract with the possibility of extension
- Salary: Group 4. Click here for the salary scale based on a 38 hours full-time employment

Your Responsibilities
- Preparation of dishes according to standards, recipe and planning;
- Carrying out activities for the assigned area;
- Providing suggestions to the Chef;
- Contribute to the development of products and items for the menu;
- Ensuring the best quality, taste, texture and colour of food items and making adjustments when necessary
Your Profile
- You are an enthusiastic professional who wants to develop within the luxury segment;
- You have completed a culinary education;
- You are creative and like to come up with new ideas;
- You have relevant work experience within similar companies in the luxury segment.
- You speak fluent English and/or Dutch (oral and written).
