What will you do?

• Develop new dishes that strengthen our international street-food vision — from ceviche and bao buns to tacos and mezze platters.
• Lead, motivate, and inspire the kitchen team while working hands-on yourself.
• Ensure the kitchen runs flawlessly, with quality, timing, and HACCP standards as second nature.
• Maintain oversight of stock and ordering so the team is never short on anything.
• Continuously think about new ways to surprise our guests, from breakfast to late dinner.
