Operational F&B Trainee - Amsterdam

As an operational trainee, you’ll get the chance to rotate across our different outlets — from restaurants to bars, from breakfast to events. No two days are the same, and your contribution helps shape the guest experience.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• A positive and proactive attitude

• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written (additional languages are a plus)

• Enjoyment in thinking with the team and working efficiently

• An interest in cross-departmental collaboration and teamwork

• To be a true ambassador of the Hilton Values: Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership & Now

• Flexibility in working hours — open to early and late shifts

• Previous experience with OnQ or Micros is a plus
