L&A advocaten presents the course 'Principles of Dutch employment law'

On the 25th of September, our partner L&A advocaten offers a course about all the basic principles of Dutch employment law. The course will be taught in English and is intended for HR professionals as well as team managers.

The following topics will be discussed during the course:
• Pre-employment phase
• Entering into an employment contract and different types of employment contracts
• How to deal with sickness, performance issues and conflicts in the workplace
• Privacy in the workplace
• Dismissal procedures, dismissal grounds and severance pay
Costs
€ 350,- excluding VAT (for every second and subsequent application for someone of the same company, a company discount applies. In that case, the price is € 300,- excl. VAT for every second and subsequent person).

Location
The course is given at the offices of L&A advocaten in Amsterdam. The location is easy to reach with excellent parking facilities.
