To do so, amongst others, we provide centralized support to our portfolio of hotels for accounting and admin, supporting the on-site teams in financial accuracy and compliance.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for hotel enthusiasts that want to walk through all the finance related processes in a hotel, leading to the preparation of the month end reporting to support our Centralized accounting department from the Amsterdam office.

The main focus is on purchase to pay and revenue audit, those are the most critical processes we manage.

• Diversification: by being a centralized team, we provide services to a variety of locations, that differs from each other in size, requirements, brand and systems used. Every day will be different from the previous one!
• Full process: we take care of AP, AR and general accounting; therefore we control and oversee the entire process behind the internal and external reporting;
• Compliance: we guarantee that all the locations are in line with local rules and regulations, but also USALI standards and internal SOPs.
• System maintenance: we are extremely proud of the digital environment where we do our job. We aim to make all our process smoothly integrated and automatic, with resources fully dedicated to the continuous improvement of the existing systems and platforms.

What else?

• Academic Pursuit: Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration or Hotel Management.
• Valid Residence and Working Permit: You must have a valid residence and working permit for the Netherlands.
• English Fluency: Proficient English language skills are essential. Dutch, German, or French is a big plus.
