As a Meeting & Events / Banqueting Employee at the Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky, you play a key role in the seamless execution of a wide range of events, including meetings, conferences, weddings, gala dinners, and other high-end occasions.

During events, you serve as a primary point of contact for both guests and event organizers, ensuring everything runs smoothly and professionally. Your attentive service helps create memorable experiences for our guests and contributes to the overall success of each event.

In this role, you also maintain clear communication with colleagues across departments and actively contribute to upholding and refining the five-star service standards of our hotel.

Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam is situated in the heart of the Dutch capital, overlooking the Royal Palace and National Monument on Dam Square. What we wish you will bring with you

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably within a hotel environment
Flexible, enthusiastic, proactive, and able to perform well under pressure
Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach
Excellent communication skills with a good command of English; Dutch is a plus, and proficiency in an additional foreign language is preferred
