As the Bar Manager at Pulitzer's, you are not just a manager; you are the brand ambassador, the orchestrator of unforgettable moments, and the guardian of our exceptional bar concepts.

With an in-depth understanding of our bar's ethos, menus, and beverage offerings, your role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, collaborating with supervisors and bartenders, and ensuring an unparalleled guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management Expertise: Lead the bar and beverage programs, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to set standards.

• Team Coordination: Collaborate with supervisors and bartenders, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.

• Guest Experience: Host guests with warmth, handle payments efficiently, and address any concerns to ensure a flawless experience.

• Motivational Leadership: Inspire and push your team to achieve continuous improvement, instilling a can-do attitude.

• Clear Communication: Establish transparent communication channels, individual development plans, and service standards to meet department goals.

• Concept Guardianship: Work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage to uphold the F&B concepts of Pulitzer's Bar, Jansz., and Pulitzer Garden.

We're looking for someone who:

• Leadership Experience: Possesses previous leadership experience, preferably in a bar setting.

• Storytelling Passion: Is a natural storyteller with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service.

• Cocktail Connoisseur: Holds a strong knowledge of cocktails, adding a touch of artistry to our beverage offerings.

• Flexibility: Can work on weekdays and weekends, adapting to the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry.

• Team Player: Excels as a team player and motivator, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Industry Enthusiast: Keeps up with industry trends and actively seeks opportunities for continuous improvement.
