What will you be doing as a Chef de Partie?
As a Chef de Partie, your role involves overseeing smooth operations in one of our two restaurants-Jansz. Jansz. is an elegant all-day dining restaurant, open from noon, with both lunch and dinner menus and beautifully composed dishes inspired by contemporary Dutch cuisine where the passion for locally sourced ingredients is central.
In this position you will oversee perfectly operations, ensuring dilligent mise-en-place, maintaining speed and accuracy during service, and taking charge of your kitchen section.
Your responsibilities:
- Managing mise-en-place
- Preparing dishes during service
- Coordinating with the team for seamless service
- Training and supporting kitchen staff
- Assisting in developing new menus of the restaurants
Who are you?
- A passionate storyteller with a love for cooking
- Brings a minimum of 1-2 years of culinary experience to the table
- Flexible to work on weekdays and weekends
- Enjoys connecting with people through personalized service
