THE POSITION

We are actively seeking a dedicated Cluster Maintenance Manager who thrives in dynamic work environments and is committed to delivering exceptional service. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing maintenance operations across two properties; Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam North Riverside and Holiday Inn Express Almere. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all properties under your supervision are maintained at the highest standards while adhering to budget constraints and operating at peak efficiency. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in upholding brand standards, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere, and consistently upholding productivity and work quality.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee maintenance for our two properties;

• Maintaining proper communications with various stakeholders;

• Efficiently manage resources within budget constraints;

• Encourage teamwork and communication;

• Uphold and exceed brand maintenance standards;

• Enhance maintenance processes for increased productivity;

• Actively solve maintenance-related problems together with your team.
