The Cluster Reservations Team is responsible for 6 Hilton properties in the Netherlands; DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal Station, DoubleTree by Hilton Royal Parc Soestduinen, Hilton Amsterdam, Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, Hilton Rotterdam, and Hilton The Hague.

What will I be doing?
As Reservations Agent you will be responsible to deliver highest level of quality to our guests. Within this internship you will support the team with the following tasks:
- In contact with guests to accept and confirm individual guest reservations by e-mail or telephone
- Responsible for the accurate processing of reservations
- Updating reservations via various booking systems
- Excellent knowledge and correct use of the various hotel rates
- Correct handling of reservations documents
- Adhere to the company credit policies and procedures
- Ensure quality checks on existing reservations
· Maximize room sales and revenue for the hotel, prioritizing up-selling with a sales attitude.
· Keep guests’ information updated to maintain high level of guest service standards
· Ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our guests and bookers by providing optimal service conform the established standards.
What are we looking for?
We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Cluster Reservations Agent. This role will focus on the following skills and competences:
· Hospitable & commercial attitude
· Good organizational and administration skills
· Commitment to delivering a high level of service
· Knowledge of hotel property management systems
· Excellent communication skills in English
· Results driven
· Preferably of one year relevant experience in a similar position
