Are you excited about working on fantastic projects across multiple hotels within IHCP? Our company manages several properties, and we are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success!

The Job:
As a Sales Manager, you will be part of an energetic and creative team. Your role involves proactively developing and maintaining relationships with key clients to maximize their travel to our hotels. You will be responsible for achieving personal and team revenue goals and managing tools to ensure all reservation methods are in place. Your goal is to make sure everyone knows about our fantastic hotels and that they choose us whenever they need to book accommodation.
In short, your job will include:
- Maintaining and leading key customer relationships and negotiating preferred partnerships
- Building and securing a new database across targeted industries and managing these accounts
- Creating, managing, and executing a strategic sales action plan
- Maximizing all sales activities to drive business into our hotels
- Using in-depth knowledge of local market trends and analyzing customer information to maximize revenue
- Supporting and cooperating with the Director of Sales to ensure business targets are achieved
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborating with other operational departments to ensure our guests have everything they wish for!
