Currently we are seeking an experienced Concierge (with Golden Keys) to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service in all aspects, from offering specific tourist, recreational, and gastronomic information to selling goods and booking excursions/taxis. Additionally, the Concierge will serve as a role model for direct colleagues, providing on-the-job training, motivation, and coaching in areas such as professional knowledge, guest service, and storytelling.

Your daily tasks as a Concierge at Pulitzer Amsterdam:

• Proactively sourcing, compiling, and curating specific and relevant information to enhance the guest experience.

• Being available to guests before, during, and after their stay, providing assistance and support via direct contact, email, or phone.

• Providing guests with detailed tourist, recreational, and gastronomic information about the region and offering insights and recommendations.

• Arranging boat and limousine services for guests' convenience.

• Managing the dispatch of packages for guests.

• Organizing and leading engaging Concierge Walking Tours for our guests to explore and discover the local area.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 year in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle physical tasks as required.

• Willingness to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and POS systems.

• Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in at least one other language preferred.

Qualifications:

• Ability to proactively search for and provide relevant information to guests.

• Experience in maintaining positive guest interactions before, during, and after their stay.

• Proficiency in sales techniques and processing payments using various methods.

• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with local businesses and service providers.

• Demonstrated leadership skills in training, motivating, and coaching colleagues to deliver exceptional service.
