Your role in the journey

As Chef de Partie, you’ll oversee your designated section of the kitchen, ensuring consistency in preparation, presentation and quality. You’ll guide your colleagues, uphold hygiene standards and contribute to a smooth and inspiring kitchen environment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing daily operations within your kitchen section.

• Training team members in product knowledge, preparation and presentation.

• Following recipes while maintaining waste and breakage control.

• Ensuring all stations are clean, organised and compliant with hygiene and safety standards.
