What will you be doing?

As a Duty Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our guest-facing colleagues, contributing to the creation of uniquely personalized guest journeys. By helping a collaborative environment both in the front and back of house operations, you will empower your colleagues to excel in their interactions with guests and each other, all while maintaining the highest standards of quality in our processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support to front and back-of-house teams for exceptional guest experiences.

  • Act as a liaison between guests, management, and various hotel departments.

  • Collaborate with the Guest Service Team to oversee daily operations proactively.

  • Manage communication processes, including daily meetings and event coordination.

  • Handle guest issues, complaints, and VIP interactions with efficiency and diplomacy.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a duty management role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

  • Proficiency in hotel management software.

  • Demonstrated success in guest service and issue resolution.

  • Flexibility in working hours and on-call duties as needed.
