What are my responsibilities?

As an Event Operations Supervisor, you are part of the Beverage & Food team and play a key role in delivering seamless events and banquets. You will:

· Lead the operation during meetings, conferences and events, making sure everything is set up properly and runs as planned.

· Be present on the floor during events, supporting the team, keeping an overview and stepping in when needed.

· Coordinate ambassadors across different event spaces and assign tasks based on the flow of the event.

· Support, coach and train ambassadors, helping them deliver our service standards in a natural and confident way.

· Take care of practical tasks such as staff scheduling, event briefings and operational email communication.

Above all, you create unforgettable moments. Through flawless execution and genuine hospitality, you ensure our guests experience events filled with unique discoveries worth sharing with the world.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a Supervisor who enjoys being where the action is and who brings their own touch to every event. You have a real interest in Beverage & Food & Events, feel at home in an event or banqueting environment, and stay curious about what makes an experience truly memorable.

You connect easily with people and know how to bring a team together. With your positive energy and hands-on approach, you help create memorable and flawless events.

You…

· Have a genuine passion for running events.

· Bring experience as a Supervisor in Food & Beverage or Events, or are ready to take the next step.

· Communicate comfortably in English (Dutch is a plus).

· Are flexible to work full-time shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends.

· Are eligible to work in the Netherlands.
