Nice to meet you. My name is Carolien, HR Business Partner for the Pestana Amsterdam Riverside hotel. A beautiful hotel where we are looking for passionate colleagues. What will you be doing:
 

• Leading and coaching of the F&B team to guarantee that excellent service is delivered to each guest.

• Coordinate and organize the activities for the breakfast -, Á la carte service and in the meeting areas.

• You will act as a host/hostess and be the 1st point of contact for our guests.

• Handle problems, questions and complaints received from the guests.

• Assist management in making schedules, hours & cost control, purchasing and much more.
