Nice to meet you. My name is Nadia, HR Business Partner for the Pestana Amsterdam Riverside. A beautiful hotel where we are looking for passionate colleagues. What will you be doing:

• Motivate, encourage, and coach the team to provide the ultimate experience for our guests and to give regular feedback to the Front Office team.
• Manage the quality, consistency, presentation, and service of the Front Office.
• Deal with all administrative tasks, projects, and responsibilities such as scheduling and purchasing
• Collaborate with the hotel’s restaurant, housekeeping, and business partners.
• Use a wide range of coaching skills to ensure that the team is well motivated and informed of day to day activity.
