You provide a warm welcome to the guests of Hilton Garden Inn Leiden. You welcome them in our lobby, enjoy making conversation and you are always there for our guests. You make an unforgettable first impression. 

What else are you going to do? We will explain it shortly, but we are more than willing to tell you more about it in a conversation. 

Your daily tasks are all about delivering a great guest experience. You welcome guests in the lobby of our hotel by proactively approaching them and you assist them in answering all questions that they might have about our hotel or the surroundings. That makes you the welcome committee of the hotel. Besides that, you are capable of assisting guests with booking tickets for museums, taxis, etc. During your workday, you are always on the move when you assist guests with their luggage and because you are always in contact with other departments.

Besides an enthusiastic personality you are / you have;

• Experience in providing service, preferably in a hotel 

• A real team player with a ‘Hands on’ mentality 

• A hospitable attitude and you are representative 

• Communicative skills in Dutch and English 

• Flexible to work, also in evenings and weekends (and nights)
