Your role in the journey
As a Breakfast Chef, you’ll lead the morning culinary experience with precision and flair. You’ll ensure every dish reflects the quality and care our guests expect — from sunrise to service.
Your responsibilities include:
Planning, preparing and executing high-quality dishes for our breakfast buffet with consistency and creativity.
Supervising and coordinating the breakfast kitchen team for smooth operations and timely service.
Maintaining exceptional hygiene and food safety standards in line with HACCP and hotel policies.
Monitoring inventory, placing orders and managing stock rotation to minimize waste.
Training, mentoring and evaluating kitchen team members to foster a positive and professional environment.
Collaborating with the Executive Chef and F&B Operations Manager on menu development and seasonal offerings.
Ensuring all kitchen equipment is maintained and issues are reported promptly.
Upholding Anantara brand standards and contributing to an outstanding guest experience.
What you’ll bring
Proven experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a luxury hotel setting.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
A hands-on approach and a passion for breakfast cuisine.
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
A proactive mindset and attention to detail.
Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.
