What your journey at Krasnapolsky will look like day-to-day

We are looking for an experienced Head Concierge who will manage and lead the concierge team. In this position, you oversee all the concierge services, including valet parking, luggage, transportation, Anantara Experiences, and reservations. As our Head Concierge you have excellent communication skills, both with your team, our guests and operational departments within the hotel. In this position you have to maintain the overview at all times, to oversee lobby activities, safety of our guests and ensuring an excellent first impression for guests.

Your main responsibilities are;

• Plan, organize, lead and control different projects and activities within the Concierge team.
• Establishes an effective database and relationships with local attractions, restaurants and other businesses to enhance guests’ experiences.
• Creating, enhancing and maximizing bookings of the Anantara Experiences;
• Complaint handling and incident resolution.
• Managing the Private Residences of Dam 5 and Garage/Valet operations.
• Leading, coaching, training and motivating your team.
• Assist Front Office and Guest relations during peak moments.
• Maintains awareness of cultural differences needed to meet guest's specific needs and requirements.
• Ensure orderliness and safety guidelines around the lobby and front door areas.
• Maintains knowledge of rooms and their locations, services and facilities of the hotel and trains the team accordingly.
• Ensures repeat and VIP guests are receiving appropriate service and ensures their requests are carried out.
