Wat ga je doen?

Als Hotel Manager bij Hotel Not Hotel ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operatie en de financiële prestaties van beide hotels. Jij combineert gastvrijheid met een sterk analytisch inzicht en stuurt je teams aan om het beste uit zichzelf te halen.

Jouw taken:

• Leiden van de dagelijkse operatie in Amsterdam

• Samenwerken en ondersteunen van Floor Manager

• Opstellen, beheren en analyseren van budgetten

• Optimaliseren van processen en prestaties

• Verantwoordelijk voor inkoop en leveranciersbeheer

• Analyseren van gastbeoordelingen en resultaten

• Werken met MEWS voor planning, rapportages en optimalisatie

Wie ben jij?

• Ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen de hotellerie

• Analytisch sterk en financieel onderlegd

• Ervaring met budgetbeheer

• Kennis van MEWS is een must

• Communicatief vaardig en teamgericht

• Oog voor detail en continue verbeteringen

• Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels

• Woonachtig in of rondom Amsterdam

Your Role

As a Hotel Manager at Hotel Not Hotel, you are responsible for the daily operations and financial performance of both hotels. You combine exceptional hospitality with strong analytical skills and inspire your teams to deliver their very best.

Your responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations in Amsterdam

• Collaborating with and supporting Floor Manager

• Prepare, manage, and analyze budgets

• Optimize operational processes and overall performance

• Manage purchasing and maintain supplier relationships

• Analyze guest feedback and performance results

• Work with MEWS for planning, reporting, and optimization

About You

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry

• Strong analytical and financial management skills

• Experienced in budget creation and control

• Familiarity with MEWS is a must

• Excellent communication and team management skills

• Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset

• Fluent in Dutch and English

• Based in or around Amsterdam
